Need help with the app?

iPhone or iPad (Apple devices):

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap About.
4. Look for Model Name (e.g., “iPhone 13” or “iPad Pro”).

Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.):

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap About phone (sometimes About device).
3. Look for Model name or Model number (e.g., “Samsung Galaxy S22”).

💡 Tip: If you can’t find it, just tell us the brand (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.) and we’ll help you from there.

1. Open the BYB app.
2. Tap your Profile icon in the bottom right.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen.
4. You’ll see the App Version listed (e.g., “Version 7.6.1”)

On Android:

1. Open the BYB app.
2. Tap your Profile icon in the bottom right.
3. Scroll all the way down.
4. The App Version will be displayed at the bottom (e.g., “Version 7.6.1”).

💡 Tip: If you can’t find it, you can also check your phone’s App Store/Google Play Store → search for “Balance Yoga Barre” → open the app page → scroll down to see the version number.
