What our clients say
Real Stories, Real Transformations
I joined BYB a year ago when I moved to OKC for PA school. It is the one hour a day I get to take my mind off of all things school and focus on myself. The instructors at BYB are exceptional and bring so much positivity to my day—I leave each class feeling refreshed and stronger both mentally and physically. I also love the variety of classes they offer from hot pilates to barre frenzy to classic barre I love them all! I love BYB!!
One focused hour, every day.
Balance Yoga Barre is my favorite part of the day. I’m currently in medical school and I look forward to going to the classes at the end of my long days to help clear my head. All of the instructors are so encouraging and create such a positive environment! I’ve never felt stronger not only physically, but mentally in my entire life.
Head clear, body strong.
I love BYB because it gives me a dedicated space to work out both my body and mind during the week. It also lets me spend cherished time with some of my best friends—something that’s rare, especially on busy work nights. I’m so grateful for those sweet moments together. Thank you, BYB!
