What to bring to Pilates:
  • Mat – A grippy yoga mat works great. (Studio mats available if needed.)
  • Towel – Especially helpful for heated classes.
  • Water bottle – You’ll sweat more than you expect.
  • Comfortable, fitted clothing – Nothing too loose—so your instructor can see your form.

Barre fuses ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a low-impact, high-intensity workout.


You’ll move with control, target deep muscles, and build flexibility and strength—all in one powerful class. It’s accessible to all levels and always delivers a challenge.

What to bring to yoga class:
  • Yoga mat – Bring your own if you have one, or rent one at the studio.
  • Towel – Especially important for hot classes. A small hand towel and a mat towel are both useful.
  • Water bottle – Hydration is key before, during, and after class.
  • Layers you can move in – Breathable, moisture-wicking clothes that let you stretch and sweat comfortably.
