    At BYB, we practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga—a mindful, intentional style designed to challenge and support students of all levels, helping them cultivate practices on and off the mat. Every class welcomes all levels unless otherwise noted.


    Intro to Flow

    Perfect for beginners or anyone reviewing the fundamentals of yoga flow. Focus on posture alignment, breathwork, and foundational principles.


    Hot Yoga Flow 1,2

    A dynamic, all-levels class linking breath to movement for improved strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect to sweat and energize.


    Hot Yoga Flow 2

    For more advanced practitioners, this fast-paced class includes challenging postures and inversions for building strength and balance.


    Yin & Myofascial Release

    A restorative class with deep holds (3–10 minutes) to lengthen connective tissue, prevent injury, and promote joint health. Includes mild heat and myofascial techniques using tennis balls. Great for all levels, including athletes.


    HIIT Yoga

    A 45-minute high-energy flow combining vinyasa and HIIT for a full-body workout. Sculpt, stretch, and sweat in 95° heat.

  • BARRE

    Our barre classes blend ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into low-impact, high-energy workouts that build strength, improve flexibility, and create long, lean muscles. Every class is designed for all levels unless specified.


    Barre

    A dynamic workout combining ballet posture, yoga, and Pilates to tone muscles, improve posture, and burn fat through controlled, isometric movements.


    BarreFrenzy

    A fast-paced class mixing traditional barre exercises with high-intensity cardio for maximum calorie burn. Ideal for advanced fitness levels.


    Barre Flow

    Start with barre toning, move into Vinyasa-style yoga to lengthen muscles, and finish with Yin poses for flexibility and hip opening.


    Barre-Lattes

    A dynamic mix of barre, ballet, and Pilates. Strengthen and lengthen muscles using props like resistance bands and the Magic Circle in this low-impact, fat-burning workout. 70°–74°


    HIIT the Barre

    A 45-minute blend of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and barre movements for cardio, strength, and endurance. Set at 85°, this class maximizes calorie burn and builds cardiovascular fitness.

    Pilates is a low-impact, core-focused workout that strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, mobility, and posture. Every class is accessible to all levels.


    Barre-Lattes

    A dynamic mix of barre, ballet, and Pilates. Strengthen and lengthen muscles using props like resistance bands and the Magic Circle in this low-impact, fat-burning workout. 70°–74°


    Hot Pilates

    A high-intensity, low-impact class combining Pilates principles with interval training in 85–95°F heat and 40% humidity. Build core strength, burn fat, improve circulation, and increase flexibility using small weights, Pilates balls, and resistance bands. This joint-friendly workout leaves you feeling energized and strong.
