Hometown: Okarche, Oklahoma 

Favorite part of class: arms and quads. We get the best and deepest burn during these times of class. 

Favorite part of teaching: client relationships. I love seeing everyone get stronger and challenge themselves at each class. It makes me want to become a better instructor and come up with fun challenges for each class.

Favorite class to take: anything with Ashley Dawkins. She always comes in with energy, a great playlist and a challenge. 

Favorite thing about BYB: hands down the community. The clients are seriously the best and the instructors are all amazing. I love going to the classes and also having instructors in my classes. 

When not at BYB: you can find me with my family. I have a husband and 2 boys which keep me busy. I’m usually at their school or on a sports field!
