Favorite Part of Class? 

I love a good cool down, especially after a more difficult, sweaty class! Lots of slow stretches and gentle movements.

Favorite Part about teaching? 

My favorite part about teaching is getting to tap into my creativity. I love the freedom to create a unique class that aligns with my teaching style. Whether it’s curating the perfect playlist for the class, coming up with the best language to guide clients into Savasana, or crafting a fun flow, there’s alway room for creativity.

Favorite Class to take at BYB? 

Monday & Wednesday nights at 6:45 with Abby! They're my favorite way to end the day. 

Favorite thing about BYB? My favorite thing about BYB is the people. There truly is a sense of community that sets it apart from other studios that I’ve experienced. 

When not at BYB, where can we find you? Outside of BYB, I work at Tulsa Remote as a Marketing Specialist. In my free time, you can find me outside, whether that’s at Turkey Mountain, Gathering Place, or walking Riverside. I also love to paint, read, and cook!
