    Barre combines ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a low-impact, highly effective workout. Through small, controlled movements and targeted muscle engagement, it builds strength, flexibility, and long, lean muscles. Perfect for all levels.

    BarreFlow

    A heated blend of yoga flows and barre sculpting. Strengthen, condition, and stretch as you flow through exercises with an emphasis on form, breath, and flexibility. For all levels, with an added sweat factor!


    BarreFrenzy

    A fast-paced, high-intensity fusion of barre and cardio designed for maximum calorie burn. Not recommended for beginners. 95°

    A dynamic mix of barre, ballet, and Pilates. Strengthen and lengthen muscles using props like resistance bands and the Magic Circle in this low-impact, fat-burning workout. 70°–74°

    Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on core strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. Accessible to all levels, it’s designed to strengthen and tone while protecting joints.


    Hot Pilates

    A high-intensity, low-impact workout combining Pilates principles with interval training in 85-95°F heat and 40% humidity. Build lean muscles, burn fat, and improve flexibility using props like hand weights, Pilates balls, and resistance bands. 95°


    Barre-Lattes

    A fusion of ballet, barre, and Pilates that tones and strengthens muscles while promoting flexibility. This high-energy, low-impact workout uses props like resistance bands and the Magic Circle. Perfect for all levels with modifications provided. 70°-74°

    Crazy Core

    A 30-minute class focused on strengthening and stabilizing core muscles, including the abs and back, to support the spine and connect the upper and lower body.
