  • YOGA

    We practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Our trademark yoga style opens up the world of possibilities to create a challenging yet capable practice for any level of student. "To place with intention" Hatha Vinyasa encourages mindfulness and intentionally crafted on the mat will be lived out off the mat. Every class is at all levels.


    Hot Yoga 

    Flow through a series of postures drawn from various yoga styles linking movement with the breath as you improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The calories will burn away as you sweat and move through each pose. Under top tier studio grade heaters that will Bring Your Best Sweat!  95°


    Non-heated Yoga

    Expect the same quality class from our hot classes without the heat. 70°-74°

    Serve the community WHILE enjoying some yoga. Our community classes are designed to support local nonprofits our instructors in training. Join one of these classes to support the community. 95°


    Candlelight Yoga

    Join us for this specially crafted Candlelight Slow Burn. Expect warm temperatures, slower movements, and the soft glow of candles to get deeper into the relief your yoga practice can provide for you. 95°

    HIIT Yoga Fusion 

    HIIT is HOT! Expect to get sweaty during this 45-minute challenging, non-stop flow. We combine quick-paced vinyasa with high-intensity interval training (HiiT) to sculpt and stretch. We're combining classic yoga movements and cardiovascular exercises to get the best of both worlds! This class is still the heat you love but now with the AFTERBURN you need! Expect a rise in your metabolism of up to 15 percent and a calorie burn for 24-48 hours after each workout. See you on the mat!  95°

  • BARRE

    A low-impact but highly effective exercise routine, utilizing a ballet barre, combining elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training. Barre focuses on engaging specific muscles until they reach fatigue, followed by stretching to create long, lean, and toned muscles. By targeting your muscles through isometric movements (think tiny, controlled pulses), barre is an effective way to build total body strength and improve flexibility.  Every class is at all levels.


    Barre  

    This class is based on the elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. The movements consist of high-energy, low-impact, and fat-burning exercises. With an emphasis on ballet posture and technique, we create long lean muscles. Participating in ballet barre creates a newfound awareness of the body and an appreciation for smart movement. 70°-74° 


    BarreFrenzy  

    In this class, we combine a traditional barre class with high-intensity body movements at a fast pace to get your heart pumping. This class is designed to get maximum calorie burn in the allotted time and is not recommended for a beginning fitness level.  95° 


    Barre-lattes

    This class will combine the elements of ballet, barre, and pilates that all clients love. The pilates principles work to create long lean muscles and joints. Barre-lattes combines the dance-inspired movements of barre with the lengthening and strengthening exercises of mat pilates. This class is challenging but perfect for all levels, as modifications are always provided. No heat is needed for this high-energy, low-impact, fat-burning workout so expect our standard barre temperature in our studio. Expect trademark pilates props for this class, including resistance bands and everyone's favorite, the Magic Circle. 70°-74°

  • PILATES

    Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles. The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout can promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. Every class is at all levels. 


    Hot Pilates  

    This class will increase blood flow and burn calories while flushing out toxins. Hot Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 85-95° F and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, strengthens core muscles, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. This zero-impact workout protects joints and muscles by using small hand weights, a Pilates ball, and Thera Bands for resistance.  95°


    Barre-lattes

    This class will combine the elements of ballet, barre, and pilates that all clients love. The pilates principles work to create long lean muscles and joints.   • CORE

    The targeted strengthening of the core muscles. These are mainly the straight and lateral abdominal muscles and the back muscles. The muscles support and protect the spine. It also connects the upper and lower body. Every class is at all levels. 


    Crazy Core  

    This is a 30-minute class where we focus on building stability and core strength. Core classes have a variety of benefits, including:

    • preventing back pain

    • improving posture

    • slimming your waistline

    • increasing your breath capacity 

    30 minutes can do wonders for your core! 75° - 85°
