Favorite part of class? Can we all guess? Quads, quads, and more quads!

Favorite part about teaching? The ability to be so creative with my classes. I love inspiring clients to give that extra 10 percent and push their bodies further than they thought they could.

• 930am Wednesday Barre-lates
• Substitute whenever I get a chance

Favorite class to take? Love love love hot barre on Sundays with Megan. Barrefrenzy is always my first choice when taking a class!!

Favorite thing about BYB? The clients, the clients, the clients and the community we have created!

When not at BYB, where can we find you? At home with my husband, 4 kids and 2 dogs. Homeschooling and just figuring out life!
